Return requests must be submitted within a period not exceeding one day from the moment the order is received. Any requests sent after one day of receipt will not be taken into consideration. There will be no return fees in the event of any defect in the parts, otherwise the delivery fees will be added. The product to be returned must be in the same condition in which it was received and has not been used. A product that has been used and still has the price tag on it is considered a used product and cannot be returned. The product to be returned must be in the same package or wrapping in which it was received. There are products that are not covered by the return policy, so pay attention to the phrase "non-returnable" in the product description. It is necessary to note that the value refunded from returning the product will be in the form of a "filled card" that will be sent to you by email. There is no expiration date for the "filled card" added. No more than three returns are allowed for orders containing ten or more products.
How can I return a product?
The return request will be studied by customer service and you will be responded to within one day of submitting the request.
Three photos of the product to be returned must be attached to the return request (front, back, brand).
The delivery company will be coordinated to collect the returned product, and you can also go to the nearest EPS office and send the product to be returned through them. Upon completion of the inspection of the returned product and after approval, the value of the product will be added to your account at Harbi Brands.
